Include:

  1. Unreal Engine version (e.g. 5.3.2 / 5.8)
  2. Plugin / product version (e.g. Blueprint Outline 1.5.0)
  3. Steps to reproduce
  4. Screenshot or short video if useful
  5. Support Trace JSON when the product provides it (see below)

Support Trace (Blueprint Outline)

  1. Open a Blueprint so the Outline panel is visible.
  2. Click the info (i) button on the Outline toolbar.
  3. Click Copy Support Trace.
  4. Paste the JSON into your email (do not post secrets; the trace is diagnostic metadata only).

In-editor About

Blueprint Outline ships an About popup (i) with:

  • Version and release notes
  • Copy-all text (useful for translation)
  • Email copy button
  • LinkedIn and Fab seller links
